All Press ReleasesSE LABS Ⓡ, the cyber security testing authority, announced today that the pilot of PIVOT™ (Precise Insight and Visibility of Tactics) has been a resounding success, and that its new, industry leading test will soon deliver unrivalled competitive analysis on the effectiveness of enterprise-grade cyber security products across full attack chains.
The pilot, which involved many of today’s leading cyber security vendors including Broadcom, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Sophos and Trend Micro, was conducted under private test conditions. The findings from the pilot, along with feedback from participating vendors and operational insights, are being used to refine the programme ahead of PIVOT 27, in which the full results from all vendors will be made publicly available.

PIVOT was created to address a growing need in the cyber security market to provide reliable, transparent evidence of how products perform against realistic, advanced targeted attacks. Initially focused on Endpoint Detection and Response-style solutions, PIVOT 27 expands this remit to include XDR and other evolving technologies.
